Steppin' Out Goes Camping

SAAVI's Steppin' Out students just returned from their spring camping trip to Lake Patagonia.  Students fundraised for months to enjoy a 4-day trip filled with fun.  Students enjoyed first time experiences such as putting up tents, fishing, making s'mores, grilling hot dogs and hamburgers over a open fire and much more.

SAAVI Will Attend NFB National Convention

SAAVI is excited to announce that we will be sending a group of students and staff to this year's National Federation of the Blind National Convention in Dallas, Texas.

Our students are very excited to experience their first opportunity attending a national event associated with the NFB.  The convention takes place July 2nd through July 0th and will showcase many areas of importance for blind and visually impaired consumers.

If you would like to sponsor a student or contribute to the fundraising effort, you can make an online donation by clicking here.
